"Marketing new products is something I find particularly fascinating. Of course, that has to do with my studies in bioengineering (chemistry and industrial fermentation). What is interesting when you develop a new product is that you can respond to specific trends. If you then find that such a product is effectively catching on, then the satisfaction is all the greater."


"Guaranteeing high quality is an important aspect in my job. I see it as a challenge to strike the right balance between quality and price. On the one hand, you want to develop and market high-quality products, and on the other hand you want competitive pricing. Today I have been working for Arvesta for just over thirty years. It is a company that is constantly renewing itself and therefore you don't get tired of it quickly. We have just launched Niamh, a new brand in the realm of world cuisine. That will already be a new exciting experience."
