Ilse Van Loo achieved her commercial sciences degree, specialising in accountancy, at EHSAL, Brussels, in 2004. In October 2004, she joined EY Bedrijfsrevisoren as a third-party auditor. Following 10 years at EY, she joined MRBB in March 2015 as an internal auditor for the Boerenbond and SBB groups. Starting January 2024, she has been appointed CFO at Maatschappij voor Roerend Bezit van Boerenbond (MRBB) BV.

In 2017, Ilse acquired ITAA-certification as a tax consultant and certified accountant. Since 2024, she is also a board member of SBB Bedrijfsdiensten, as well as a member of the Arvesta and SBB Bedrijfsdiensten Auditing Committees.
