"As a BA, you are the person between the business and the people who need to develop certain systems. We help the business evaluate their processes and see where things could be better/more efficient and then how to make them better. I like my job because it is very various. As a BA you are always working in project mode and can therefore be in different phases of a project. Furthermore, Arvesta is also a very large and diverse group and so, depending on the project, we can also workwith very different businesses."

"The challenge is to always look for the best solution in what is still a difficult environment. We often have to take into account many different parties and different systems. So we constantly have to look for compromises and therefore also need the necessary dose of social and negotiating skills."
